Stringing FAQ's

How often should I get my racquet strung?
You don't have to wait until your strings break to restring. Over time, your strings lose tension and their ability to stretch (elasticity), and their ability to recoil (resiliency), robbing you of power and control, while increasing the risk of arm injury.

(There are 2 different versions)

Version 1
You should get your racquet strung as many times a year as you play in a week.
(ex.  If you play 2 times a week, you should get it strung every 6 months)

Version 2
If you play more than 3 times/week: String it every month
If you play 1 time/week: String it every 3 months
If you play lerss than 1 time/week: String it every 6 months

What About String Tension?
Racquets do come with a reccomended tension right on the inside of the frame.  Check out what your frame reccomends before you bring it in.

The tighter you string your racquet = More control and less power

The looser you string your racquet = More power and less control
