Below are some frequently asked questions that we get on a regular basis.  Feel free to browse them and send us some of your own


What are the operating hours of the club?
They are 6 AM -10 PM (Monday -Thursday), 6 AM - 11 PM (Friday), 7 AM - 11 PM (Saturday) and 7 AM - 10 PM on Sunday,

How long are the tennis sessions?
Our sessions are 12 weeks long, fall, winter and spring. In the summer, it is 10 weeks long.

What ages do you start your lessons?
3 years of age and up.

Can you sign-up in the middle of a session?
Yes you can.  The cost of the session will then be pro-rated to reflect the time left in the session

If you miss a class can you get a refund?
If a class is missed, you can make it up at the end of the session.  There is a week built in for make-ups.  You can also make it up in another class.  Refunds ar allowed onlyunder special circumstances

Can a non-member participate in the program?
Yes, but members get priority in signing up for any class.  If a class is not full and there is room, a non-member may sign-up. If at any time during the session a member wants to join, the non-member may be removed if there is not enough room.  The following are non-member guidelines for adults and juniors.

Adults: An adult non-member may sign-up for one 12-week session if there is room and will have to then choose if he/she wants to join upon completion of the session.  If he/she decide not to join, he/she may no longer participate in the leson programs.

Juniors: a junior non-member may sign-up for a session as long as there is room in the class and it does not displace any junior members.

Both adult and junior non-members will pay a premium to participate in any tennis program

Can a non-member sub in a league?
Yes, but a non-member is only allowed to sub 5 times total in a calendar year. And there is a $6 guest fee for them to play.

What about reserving courts?
Only members and hotel guests are allowed to reserve the tennis courts

What does it cost to reserve a tennis court?
The cost is $6/hr for non-primetime and $12/hr for primetime (September-May). Primetime is from 4-8 PM Monday-Saturday.  All other times are considered non-primetime. Court time June/July/August is free for members.  Rresort guests pay $15/hr for court-time.

How far out can we reserve a court?
You may reserve a court one week out.

Do I call the dsek or the Pro to schedule a lesson?
Call the desk at 534-6770.  They have the pro availability book and will know if a pro and a court is available for you to schedule a lesson

Do you string racquets?
Yes

How long will it take to get my racquet back?
24 hours.  The strining tag tag has a "needs by" section so we know when you will be playing next.
